• Step 1 - Accumulated Water: Raw water is taken to the storage tanks using pumping method. The water then is dozed with alum for setting with insoluble matters and heavy metals present in the water.
• Step 2 - Remove Impurities: After waiting for an hour or so, the impurities settle onto the floor of tank. Thereafter, the technique of osmosis is used to remove those impurities from the water.
• Step 3 - Chlorine Gas Bubbling Processes: The purified water is then taken to the chlorination tank through pumping. Here disinfection of water is done using the chlorine gas bubbling process.
• Step 4 - Sand Filtration: In this phase, the insoluble impurities available in the water is trapped in this process. The water is taken though sand filtration.
• Step 5 - Carbon Filtration: The carbon filtration helps in the removal of odor and color. The de-chlorination in water also gets activated.
• Step 6 - Micro Filters: The water in process is passed through the micro filters for final disinfection. Thereafter, the step is followed by the ultraviolet disinfection system for complete filtration.
• Step 7 - Bottle Filling: The water is pumped through the equipment in the bottle and then sent to the last step of capping and sealing. 
• Step 8 - Packaging: After capping and sealing of the bottles via an ozone generator, the packaged mineral water is conventionally packed in carton boxes for selling and transportation to the retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
